I have being wondering the level of excitement being expressed by some celebrities/artistes when they get tattoo on their body. I don't know if I'm the only one in this wonderland? Today a female artiste from Chocolate City music label posted a photo of herself showing off her newly acquired tattoo.
Then my question now is..."Is getting tattoo an achievement?" Why do people get excited when they have one?
